Thank you for shopping with FabricateMyGate.com. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your custom gate order will be processed and delivered.


📦 Order Processing Time

All gates sold on FabricateMyGate.com are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is received, it enters our fabrication queue.

  • Fabrication Time: 2–4 weeks (estimated), depending on complexity and production volume

  • You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated ship date once fabrication begins.


🚛 Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of our products, all gates are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.

  • Freight Delivery: 3–7 business days after production is complete, depending on your location

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will deliver to the curbside or driveway entrance of your property. They do not enter private property or assist with installation.

  • Liftgate Service: Included where available to assist in lowering the product to ground level.  An additional fee of $99 will be assessed for liftgate service. You are responsible for moving it from the drop-off point.


🛠 Receiving Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

  • Please inspect the shipment immediately for visible damage or missing parts before signing.

  • Note any issues on the delivery receipt and take photos.

If damage is not noted at the time of delivery, we may not be able to file a claim or issue a replacement.


🌎 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • The continental United States (lower 48 states)

  • If you’re located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us at info@FabricateMyGate.com for a custom shipping quote.


Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time:

  • You may be charged a re-delivery fee by the freight carrier.

  • Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or change delivery details.

Fabricate My Gate LLC is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
