All gate products are custom fabricated based on your specifications. By placing an order, you:

Fabricate My Gate does not provide installation or on-site service of any kind.
All products are intended for DIY installation or for installation by a qualified third-party contractor selected by the customer.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for:
Ensuring proper installation using the provided instructions
Hiring a licensed installer if needed
Verifying local codes, permits, and utility locations before installation
We are not responsible for:
Installation errors
Property damage during installation
Malfunctions caused by improper assembly or third-party labor
Fabricate My Gate LLC provides limited warranties on workmanship and materials. Warranty terms vary by product and service and will be provided in writing at time of sale.

We disclaim all implied warranties (e.g., merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose)
