At FabricateMyGate.com, every gate is custom fabricated to your specifications. Because of this, our return and cancellation policy is specific to the nature of made-to-order products.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.


📦 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the product is defective.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom orders due to buyer’s remorse, measurement errors, or change of plans

  • Improper installation or third-party damage

  • Normal wear and tear


⚠️ Defective Product Policy

If you believe your product is defective:

  • You must notify us within 3 months of delivery

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@fabricatemygate.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Photos or videos documenting the defect (if applicable)

If the product is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will:

  • Repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

We may request return shipping of the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement. Return shipping instructions will be provided if necessary.

Please note: Fabricate My Gate does not provide installation.
We are not responsible for damage caused during third-party installation or from failure to follow provided instructions for DIY installs.
