At FabricateMyGate.com, every gate is custom fabricated to your specifications. Because of this, our return and cancellation policy is specific to the nature of made-to-order products.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
All sales are final unless the product is defective.
We do not accept returns for:
Custom orders due to buyer’s remorse, measurement errors, or change of plans
Improper installation or third-party damage
Normal wear and tear
If you believe your product is defective:
You must notify us within 3 months of delivery
To initiate a return, email us at info@fabricatemygate.com with your:
Order number
Detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos documenting the defect (if applicable)
If the product is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will:
Repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund at our discretion
We may request return shipping of the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement. Return shipping instructions will be provided if necessary.
Please note: Fabricate My Gate does not provide installation.
We are not responsible for damage caused during third-party installation or from failure to follow provided instructions for DIY installs.
